Refund Policy

We value your business and want to make sure that you are satisfied with your website design.  We will offer a 100% full refund of your money less a $ 50 administration fee up until your final design approval.   Once you have approved your final website design via email or fax notification, no further refund will be available and final design payment will become due prior to website launch.  All hosting and maintenance fees are non refundable and are contracted on a month to month basis.  Hosting and Maintenance plans may be cancelled by you by providing 30 days notice, and all website design content will remain with Web Designers Edmonton.
